Lou Sr., 58 years old, joined Hale-Smith, Inc. in 1972 as a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Agent. In 1983 he became President and then CEO of the company. During his 30+ years with Hale-Smith, Inc. he has earned numerous designations and holds several volunteer positions. The impact of his leadership and experience have made this company what it is today.

Lou Jr., 32 years old, joined Hale-Smith, Inc. in August of 1995 as a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Agent. After college he became one of the youngest brokers in Bucks County. Today, he is President of the company.

Chuck, 29 years old, joined Hale-Smith, Inc. in October of 2003 as a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Agent and heads the company's Technology Department. Prior to joining the company he was an airline pilot with Allegheny/USAirways for 4 years.

Tom, 63 years old, joined Hale-Smith, Inc. in 1997 as a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Agent. After a couple of years he took leave to work with Brother International. In January 2004 Tom returned to Hale-Smith, Inc. to serve as an administrator. One of the many hats Tom wears is that of being in charge of our marketing program.

Sonya joined Hale-Smith, Inc. in June of 2003 as the afternoon administrator. Since then she has served in the capacity as the office manager and more recently as one of our newest licensed Real Estate Agents.

Camille joined Hale-Smith, Inc. in May of 2005 as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Camille brings with her 12 years of experience in the Home Sales profession.
