How We Market Your Home


In this day and age almost everyone is turning to the Internet for research. Whether it is for medical reasons or just basic needs, the Internet has changed the way we live and do business. At Hale-Smith we understand how important it is to have a presence on the web. If you list your home with us we will do everything possible to get your house marketed on the Internet on every real estate page possible. It's the most effective way to sell a house today. Here are the ways we do that:

  • As soon as we list your house for sale an agent will take several digital photos of your home and all the information and photos will be posted on our website. We will include the exterior front photo along with all the interior photos of your home. We will detail the specifics of your home and provide two pages dedicated to your property. The main page will give your address, listing price, description, tax information, township information and much more. The photos page will show the labeled interior photos of your home. We have been getting tremendous traffic to our site because of the marketing we have done on the Internet. This can only be an asset to you if you list with us.

  • Your home will also automatically be entered into the Multiple Listing Service, which in turn gets your house into the largest database on the Internet; Realtor.com. Once your house is listing on their site, we then go in and add our showcase banner to it which includes a header, six additional photos of your home and additional details of your house. It will also provide a link back to our website which will include more information for interested buyers. Most other realtors do not offer this unique feature. It will give buyers the opportunity to view the exterior and interior of your home instantly. This filters out uninterested buyers who will waste your time.

  • We will include your home on several other websites. All
    of these websites, as listed below, will give buyers information on your home along with a detailed description of what your home offers. Each of these websites will also provide a link back to our website as discussed above.     and many more!

  • Our office information and a link to our website can also be located with a Google search of Bucks County Homes. This allows potential buyers to find our website which in turn gives them immediate access to your property.

  • Obviously this is not the only way your home will be marketed. It will also be featured in local newspapers and home magazines such as Homes and Living, Real Estate of Today, Bucks County Courier Times, Trenton Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, The Intelligencer, and even the New York Times. All of these magazines and newspapers will feature your home with a brief description and our website address. The information we list in these publications, most people will turn to the Internet and our website to view your home.

As you can see, we are doing everything possible to get our listings to potential buyers. We feel we are doing a great job and our results prove it.
